gay ass fucking video
Enjoy jail
if i will shit or i had a heavy day i have a drink and its fine so yeah "i'm all right"
That's exactly why I don't drink alcohol. I just do coc@ine instead. (just kidding, kids, it's a joke)
Alcohol is literally poison for your body but, also for your mind sadly
I’m 44. I’ve been drinking heavily since I was 12. Pretty much everyday and definitely every single weekend. The last two years the anxiety and depression has gotten almost to the point of suicide, past the point of contemplation and not far from the point of execution. I do , however, have a highly skilled job, a lovely home and beautiful kids(I am , of course single due to putting the pub first) . I’m what’s called a functioning alcoholic but the facade can’t last much longer. I need help, no idea how to do it tho.
I can relate to this.. happy to email if you want.. I'm trying from today to go without alcohol... not sure if you can private message me your email address on here? Only if you want to..
@@danrudge5443 hi Dan, I’m actually sorry if you’re in the same predicament as me! Thanks for reaching out mate. I don’t think it’s possible to exchange emails on here , I would if possible tho.
@@stkenno8758 we definitely have similarities in terms of kids and jobs and feeling as though we are "functioning".
Hope you are doing ok @st kenno
@@danrudge5443 hi Dan , I’m ok thanks . Went on a massive booze bender on the weekend again and only just feeling myself again. Same mistakes again, just different weekend .
I'm just 21 and it's so difficult it helps me so much in so many ways but i have to accept reality fk it's difficult
BEER
Im currently stuck in a loop where i wake up feeling very depressed and I suppose hungover, but the first thing i do is start drinking to make those feelings disappear. And than it happens all over again the next day.
damn.... im to far gone ig...,
I drink to solve my problems but there still there the next day, just amplified so another drink and then another. Ah the viscious cycle continues
People need to like this video more...thanks for advice. Really helpful 👍👍
I drink twice a month and when I do, I drink heavily to the point where I get aggressive and say things that I do not mean. I really want to cut back or quit, but it’s very hard for me. Any advice?
Substance abuse classes
I had a 3 yr break after binging on each weekend but now I find if I just have up to two neat shots of vodka I don't feel anything the next day. Also I add magnesium so I tend to miss the negatives.
Alcohol is a depressant. If you are depressed, very depressed, or close to contemplating suicide, consider quitting alcohol. For life.
Good advice I think I became addicted because I started drinking when I was suicidal
I actually stopped drinking and I dont miss it.
Thats why I hate alcohol today. Thanks guys
The problem as said; once It has a pattern or a cycle, only there it's going to be a solid part of your life, and once in it it becomes hard to control. For instance 3 beers in the weekend is absolutely fine. But there will be a times, hard times where you will fall and try to drink your troubles out. That's where addiction takes place. It's vicious, I hope everyone would quit drinking for good.
So many methods to give it up and get back that valuable sense of feeling alive. Countless solutions are out there, and plenty of people have benefited from them. Maybe try go'ogling something such as Steffon Barkload's homepagw, or whatever else that fits you personally.
funny how it is opposite for me sometimes
The only way to help an alcoholicer is to stop helping them. They must help themselves.
Sad,angry,depressed,anxious or aggressive....
Iam alcoholic pliz help me or iam going to suicide pliz pliz pliz
I literally have 1 glass of wine and I'm depressed for a couple of days after. I hate this
All alcoholic drinks lead to depression, anxiety, suicide and disease, just like all roads in Italy lead to Rome! There are 0 benifits to alcohol to the body and brain. If alcohol was invented today it would be illegal to buy, sell and consume. Alcohol is a drug just like Cocaine or Heroine. Dont be fooled to think they are all different because they are not. We drink alcohol to self medicate. We need to find the route cause to why we consume alcohol and replace it with something healthy and naturally rewarding.
That started to happen to me with beer. I have stopped completely now and feel amazing.
It sounds like you should try a different alcoholic beverage. Not more than 1 standard drink. Then see how you react.
Have you tried cannabis?
@@damian-795 i want to fucking cry because i have the same feeling and dont want to set off alcohol bc i do it like once in 3 months
How to get the affect out my body
I actually think that, in a small dose, it helps. I was depressed and found that, if i took an ammount of alcool once a week, it helped me find other ways to be happy. The day of the week changed every week. Once i found out THAT way, i never touched alcool. And now, 5 years later, i havent touched it since, just once or twice a year
I’ve taken months off and became seriously depressed. When I start drinking again, I’m good at everything I do!! I don’t get it
@@jasoncole7320 we are the same sir. But im just drinking maybe a small amount of whisky every night
@@jasoncole7320 If you were once a heavy drinker, alcohol will rewire every chemical in your brain, and sometimes it can take months for your serotonin, dopamine, and other chemicals to recalibrate themselves; same thing happens to drug addicts and so on. Also, you could have an underlying mental health condition like depression or anxiety.
I hope that I can change my ways I've been dependent for about a month I drink about a pint and a half of Fireball everyday my life has gotten worse as I've done it I hope somebody can leave me on the right path because right now I'm headed down a dark one
Read "The easy way to quit drinking" by Allen Carr
I drink everyday after work. A cpl beers and cpl shots. I usually don't go over 6 drinks. Some days 3-4. I'm tryna to cut down. I was an alcoholic for 15 years combined with other drugs. The problem I have with your statement. This is construct criticism. Hopefully helps u. U said "u hope somebody leads u down the right path" that Is good and all if u can find someone to help but u have to realize only u can change your life. If u get help from other people. Cool. That's awesome. But U control your life. U are the only one that can change it. Again I drink everyday. I'm trying to quit or at least not drink everyday but I realize its me that has to make the decision to quit. I'm not hoping someone else will come and put me on the right path. It would be nice but I don't see it happening. I have to step up and make different decisions. U need to step up and make different decisions. Don't be waiting on someone to come save u. Most likely its not going to happen. We have to make different decisions. The only person that's going to change your life is u. Everything I just said I also tell myself. Hope things getter better for u. I'm telling u from experience. When u get f*cked up all day everyday things don't get better. They get worse. I don't know how long u have been drinking everyday but the road it leads to is not good.
How are you doing now?
One thing i've noticed is people that drink a lot are often the angriest people i know. What i want to know is does the alcohol cause the anger or does anger cause the drinking?
Lets just say it goes both ways. You might be seeing many angry drunk. But it isn't anger but emotions itself. It may be sadness, disappointment, hurt, fear.. that is why some drunks cry and some open up and talk too much and others act in oppose to their norm behaviour. Drink in an attempt to drown whatever it is they are suffering personally and most times end up magnifying the matter or add more stress to it or create whole new problems.
Very true. Alcohol multiplies the anxiety and stressful life. Its best to stop drinking while we still can and live healthy
Alcohol is a depressant. It causes your overall state of mind to spiral downwards. Once down, inability to express sadness means one's negative emotions will be channelled into anger. Does that make sense?
Ho I liked your video i am from honduras this isin latonoamerica i usualy spend whole time anxiety after drink so i fell like dead is near i hope someone else got like this acttualy a fell like this
Calmless sleeping? Nervous 2 days after drinking? Strange thought? Yes, same here...
Thank you. You may not believe me but I've been trying to make a difference in this area with myself and everyone since 2014. It started when i realized i was not as sharp as i should be. And i want to bring the message forward. Alcohol may cripple a person's growth and developmentas much as drugs. And make stable health problems become a big problem. I wanted to say something because I am not addicted physically. But. Maybe soon I will share about it in my channel. Thinking, I wished someone reached to me too..made me want to do this.
Hello
@@hellyeah7783 Hi.
Yeah. That’s what happened to me. I was no longer performing adequately. Couldn’t get work done. Everything took so much effort. Was gonna go on antidepressants, but it seemed like I needed to divorce myself from the depressants first. It was the right choice.

If you (Intreo) are incapable of picking up the phone please inform customers of this before they waste 10 minutes on hold. Maybe a recorded voice informing customers of this while they are on hold. I am referring in particular to the Tallaght branch. Thank you.
If you want to you'll get there. True!
What do you think of the drinking culture in Ireland? 🤨
You had Noam fucking Chomsky sitting there and you chose to ask him about the GAA. small island thinking is what has largely kept us enslaved here in Ireland. I'm no globalist and wish I hadn't to bother with them at all, but knowing what the globalists are doing is of the utmost importance to us here. We are Europe's social petri dish. We must stop it.

Flood the country with immigrants that should help with unemployment
1# Ask Open Questions - How, What, Where, Who, Why 2# Summerise what the person just said. 3# Reflect - Just use one of the words the person just used, that way they'll feel you listen. - Helps them open up too. 4# Clarify - Have them clarify an aspect you didn't understand or is in doubt about. - "Tell me more about that" works fine for this. 5# Give words of encouragement - like "I see", "Ahhhhhh", "Go on..." - Quiet moments are okay, as the person might need to think about what he/she is going to be saying next. 6# React - React to what the person just said, even something as simple as "You've had an awful time", just basically was the point the other person just tried to tell you.
Great presentation and so easy to follow. Well done Zoe.
